You will be provided with full training and work in a busy, modern Dublin 6 office. Immediate starts available for the successful candidates.

• Have strong customer service & communication skills
• Provide excellent service to clients by processing all inquiries in a friendly and efficient manner
• Have a positive attitude and the ability to work on their own initiative
• Have great attention to detail
• Work within a busy team environment and meet strict deadlines
• Have experience in cross-selling and up-selling

Previous experience in an office or contact centre environment is preferred but not essential.

Our expert team only deal with commercial and van insurance in Ireland and have a wealth of knowledge in the commercial insurance industry.

We are looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated Sales Executives to expand our team.

The successful candidates should have:

• 1 Year Office or Contact Centre experience (not necessarily Insurance but that would be a distinct advantage)
• Have strong customer service, sales and communication skills
• Be used to high call-volumes
• Have experience in cross-selling and up-selling
• Willing to learn and develop their career
• Interest in the financial services industry
• Have a friendly attitude and the ability to work on their own initiative
• Have superior written accuracy and attention to detail
• Have an APA or CIP qualification (or working towards either)
• Be familiar with the ‘Relay’ quotation system (desirable but not essential)
